    Credit cards and Currency

    All prices are in Euro currency (€), per studio and per overnight stay. In “Aloni Studios” credit cards are not acceptable. Preferable payment method is by cash.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    According to the Greek National Tourism Organization, here is our cancellation policy:

    Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. (We refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)

    For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.

    For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.

    Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.

     

    Children and Extra Bed Policy

    All children are welcome.
    All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
    All older children or adults are charged by contacting with us.

    Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is one (1).

     

    Deposit Policy

    In order to make a reservation you have to deposit 30% (Please, contact with the managers for the total percentage) of the total reservation cost to our bank account.

    We will send you our hotel’s bank account number, as soon as, we receive your booking request.

    Your booking will be considered valid when we have received an evidence of the deposit (preferable by email). It is necessary the copy of your bank deposit receipt showing the name of the depositor. Then, you will be receiving an acknowledgement mail from us.

    In any case we will contact you.

     

    Deposit Refund Policy

    For cancellations 22 or more dates before the arrival, the deposit is refunded. You are only charged with the refunded expenses (bank expenses, postal charges or any other charges).

     

    VAT and city/tourist taxes

    They are all included in the price.

     

    Internet

    Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. (Available from 2011)

     

    Meal Plan

    There is no breakfast or meal option with this hotel.

     

    Parking

    Free parking is possible at a location nearby.

     

    Pets

    Pets are allowed on request (and by contacting with us). No extra charges included.
