1. General Terms
- The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.

2. Internet service
- Wi-Fi Internet is available in the rooms and is free of charge.

3. Cancellation/ Early departure Policy
- Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. (We refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)
- For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.
- For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.
- Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.

4. Children and Extra Bed Policy
- All Children are welcome.
- All Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
- All Older children or adults are charged by contacting with us.
